Here is an example of laser-welded curved/brushed stainless flashings. The work was carried out on our new IPG Lightweld XC 1500 laser welding plant. It can be used for welding both mild & stainless steel as well as aluminium.

The truck has 3 wheel hydrostatic drive which provides infinitely variable speed control, self-overload protection, reverse rotation capability, dynamic braking, and a high power to weight ratio.
The sandgrinders we have engineered are en route to China!
We are currently working on 2 new Sandgrinders for export to China. The value of the work is approx. £260k and the customer is Imerys Minerals.
Working closely with Kier Construction we provided multiple steel and metalwork packages as part of the prestigious re-development of this iconic grade II listed building. Working in an enclosed environment alongside many other trades provided us with quite a few logistical challenges which we happily met. The theatre recently re-opened to fantastic reviews.
Erection of the new hangar building at Penzance Heliport is well under way. The hangar frame is almost complete and ready for us to start cladding. The massive 34m wide hangar door is already in production and will be delivered in time for installation in October. Further updates will follow in due course.
We have been awarded the contract by Symons Construction to build the new Penzance Heliport. The work is to be carried out during Summer 2019 – stay tuned for updates!

Starting with the new state-of-the-art visitor attraction this will quickly followed up with the transformation of the existing prison wings into a new luxury hotel.
